What to ask an agent before you hire one
Ask how they choose comparable sales, build a preparation budget and explain the negotiation strategy. Request examples of the work behind a pricing recommendation and discuss how you will stay informed during the transaction.
My approach is to make those decisions explicit. Start with the selling process or buyer process, then bring your questions to a conversation.
