The background

I spent my corporate career in eCommerce and retail buying, managing categories at Walmart and buying inventory for Fry’s Electronics. The job was pricing, forecasting demand, reading data, and negotiating with vendors who negotiated for a living. You learn fast that the person with the better numbers wins.

When I moved into real estate, I saw an industry that runs mostly on instinct and relationships. Both matter. But almost nobody was doing the analysis. So I did.

How I work

Every listing I take starts with a pricing model built on size-adjusted comparables, not neighborhood averages. Every buyer I represent gets the real comps and a negotiation plan before we write. I tell clients what a home is worth even when it isn’t what they want to hear. That is the job.

I represent buyers and sellers across the Bay Area, from Palo Alto, Menlo Park and Atherton to Fremont, Pleasanton and the East Bay, with a 5.0 rating on Google. I’m also a partner and Marketing Director of the Oberoi Team at Intero, one of the Bay Area’s top-producing teams, closing $100M+ in sales every year.

Beyond the transaction

I’m an active member of the Urban Land Institute’s NEXT cohort, where I work alongside developers and investors on the bigger picture of Bay Area housing. That perspective shows up in how I advise clients: where the next growth is, what’s getting built, and what it means for your home’s value.

I live in Newark’s Bayshores community with my wife, our newborn son, and our Goldendoodle, Ollie. I sell where I live, and I take that seriously.
